Declarations

Allah bears witness that there is no god except He, as do the angels, and those with knowledge, He is standing with justice. There is no god except He, the Noble, the Wise (3:18)

Mohammed is not the father of any of your men, but he is the messenger of Allah and the seal of the prophets (33:40)

Mohammed is the messenger of Allah (48:29)

Mission

Qur'anic Answers exists to help you understand Islam through the Qur'an itself. We believe that Allah's final revelation is not only complete but also accessible to every sincere knowledge seeker, regardless of their level of Islamic knowledge.

This site is for anyone who:

- wants to understand Islam directly from its primary source
- feels overwhelmed by conflicting opinions from different scholars, schools, or traditions
- questions traditional interpretations and wants to examine the evidence for themselves
- values intellectual honesty when faced with Qur'anic evidence

You do not need to be a scholar, know Arabic, or have years of Islamic study. Our articles are written to be understood by anyone willing to engage thoughtfully with the text.

Authorship

All content on Qur'anic Answers is published anonymously. This is a deliberate choice.

Our aim is to ensure that all attention and authority remain fixed upon the Qur'an itself, not on personalities or credentials. The strength of an argument should rest on its Qur'anic evidence and not on who presents it.

Free to use with attribution

The greatest ever miracle from Allah is the Qur'an; a timeless reminder for all people. Allah chose "...mercy to the worlds" (21:107), Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) to shoulder the burden of delivering this miracle to the world.

Prophet Mohammed propagated the revelation for over two decades, continuously declaring "...I do not ask you for any wage..." (38.86, 42:23, 6:90 and 25:57).

For this reason all content on this site is offered freely for sharing, distribution, and use. However, the content is copyrighted and proper citation is required when using or reproducing our work. This ensures academic integrity and allows others to trace arguments back to their source.

Disagreements

We recognise that our approach challenges widely held beliefs within the Muslim community. We do not claim to have all the answers, nor do we expect everyone to agree with our conclusions.

What we simply ask is you engage with the evidence, recite the verses we cite and follow the reasoning we present. If you find our arguments lacking, then feel free to respond with better Qur'anic evidence.

Sincere disagreement is completely acceptable and is far more valuable for all than blind agreement.

May Allah guide all to the truth.
